About the Role

As a Support Advocate at Seven Hills Foundation, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and teach individuals with varying levels of personal care, household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping, while promoting their independence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day services to program participants, including personal care, household maintenance, and meal preparation.
  • Assist and teach individuals with varying levels of ability to assume increasing control and responsibility over their daily lives.
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications in accordance with residential guidelines.
  • Follow routines and protocols established for each individual, including behavior support plans, personal care, and physical therapy.

Requirements
  • 18+ years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
