Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity standards.

  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.

  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at elevations greater than 10 feet.

Working Conditions

  • Frequent exposure to heat and cold.

  • Work at elevations greater than 10 feet.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour.
