Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of medical imaging terminology to assist patients effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service and patient care, addressing inquiries from patients and healthcare providers.
- Manage multiple tasks, including answering phone calls and registering patient visits.
- Communicate critical results to healthcare providers promptly.
- Perform data entry for orders in the hospital's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
This position typically operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with hours from 3 PM to 9 PM, totaling 27.5 hours per week.
CompensationThe hourly wage for this role is $20.93.
