Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support to students with behavioral challenges in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and record data on student behavior and progress according to established protocols, assisting in the analysis of data to adjust and improve intervention strategies.
  • Individualized Support: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA, providing one-on-one and small group support to students to promote positive behavior and learning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student needs, participating in team meetings and providing input on student progress and behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs, particularly in a school setting, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, with an average starting rate of $33/hour. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K, as well as weekly pay and opportunities for travel.
