We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect with Civil CAD experience to join our team at Goodwyn Mills Cawood. As a key member of our landscape architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and developing outdoor spaces that enhance the beauty and functionality of our clients' properties.

• Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects, including site civil (grading, drainage, and utilities) and communication with clients, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for residential and commercial site plans and subdivisions using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to interpret design concepts and translate them into comprehensive drawings and layouts.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data and assess project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including construction drawings and specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• 2 or more years of experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on civil CAD design.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and LandFX.
• Experience with irrigation design is desired.
