Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office/Facilities Manager to join our team at inSync Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office operations, including facilities upkeep, maintenance, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the facility, including maintenance of general office equipment, communications with janitorial services, property management, alarm company, and project manager consultants.
  • Order supplies and PPE needed for facilities and safety.
  • Schedule services for facility maintenance and cleaning.
  • Support IT with general needs, such as computer and equipment allocation, security system controls, and alarm system controls.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee the company's Injury and Illness Prevention Program, ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines to reduce work-related injuries and illnesses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • +6 years of facility and safety experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365.
  • Strong time management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with safety procedures and OSHA policies.
