Physician Opportunity for General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury Exams

Winston Support Services is seeking a board-certified physician to perform a combination of general medicine and traumatic brain injury exams for Veterans Evaluation Services (VES). The ideal candidate will have expertise in neurology, neurosurgery, or PMR and be able to work on a PRN basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform exams at VES leased facilities or within your own practice
  • Conduct interviews and physical assessments, including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing
  • Evaluate traumatic brain injury and general medicine cases
  • Complete standardized forms and submit reports within 48 hours
  • Participate in quick credentialing and onboarding process
Requirements:
  • Board certification in neurology, neurosurgery, or PMR
  • Ability to work on a PRN basis
  • Proficiency in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions
  • Use of a personal laptop (Windows-based) and Goniometer
  • Training provided for Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
