About the Role
This position requires a current nursing license and excellent communication skills to interact with residents, visitors, and staff. You will work in a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan individualized care plans for geriatric residents
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care consistent with established standards and organizational policies
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
  • Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
  • Long-term care/Rehab/Assisted Living experience preferred
  • Current license in the state where you will be working as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
  • IV Certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
