Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, including routine check-ups, chronic condition management, and emergency responses.
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions, prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Educate patients on preventive health care, providing guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Ensure minor medical procedures are performed safely and efficiently on-site.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of South Dakota as a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy.
- Board eligible or certified in one of the following specialty areas: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Preventive Medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary range: $247,845.60 - $330,446.88 annually, depending on experience.
