Job Summary:Keeler Motor Car Company is seeking a skilled Body and Wheel Technician to join our high-volume vehicle reconditioning department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing light mechanical work, including tire balancing, bumper body panel removal and reinstallation, and preparing wheels and body surfaces for automotive paint systems. You will also use CNC machines to recondition aluminum wheels and assist the recon painter in mixing specified colors using standard formulas or color charts. Additionally, you will perform wet sanding, buffing, and applying touch-up paint on body panels and wheels. This is a unique career opportunity with a highly respected automobile dealership, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Perform light mechanical work, including tire balancing and bumper body panel removal and reinstallation
Prepare wheels and body surfaces for automotive paint systems
Use CNC machines to recondition aluminum wheels
Assist recon painter in mixing specified colors using standard formulas or color charts
Perform wet sanding, buffing, and applying touch-up paint on body panels and wheels
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Self-motivated and able to multi-task
