As a Respiratory Therapist II at Tampa General Hospital, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to our patients. This will involve implementing treatment and disease prevention regimes prescribed by physicians, as well as performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care. Your expertise will be essential in assessing and monitoring patient signs and symptoms, behavior, and physical response to treatments and testing. Additionally, you will collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery. Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from an Approved Respiratory Therapy Program
  • Previous experience in respiratory care
  • Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  • State of Florida licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional (CRT or RRT)
  • Current BLS, PALS, NRP, ACLS and/or American Heart Airway Management certification
