**Job Summary:**
Advanced Tooling Systems is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facility and equipment maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with plant management to develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Monitor and report on maintenance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including CNC machines and controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must be able to lift 40 pounds and have use of all limbs.
