Position Summary:

The Senior Business Systems Administrator will be crucial in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our internal business systems. This role involves collaborating with external consultants to ensure optimal functionality of our systems, integrations, and databases, thereby maximizing organizational value. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team on web design and user experience development, as well as with the sales department to create KPI reports and streamline operations within our CRM and ERP systems. Additionally, this individual will lead project management efforts for new system implementations, upgrades, and feature enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and optimizing internal business systems while ensuring database integrity, including:
    • NetSuite
    • HubSpot
    • WooCommerce/WordPress
    • Avalara
  • Managing system integrations effectively.
  • Configuring ERP and CRM systems to enhance productivity and value creation, such as developing dashboards and reports, and providing training to employees.
  • Leading project management efforts for new system implementations and process flow designs.
  • Identifying and resolving issues by collaborating with consultants and development teams to implement timely solutions.
  • Working with operations, sales, and marketing teams to identify and implement improvements to both internal and external systems.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the interconnectivity of various systems and how changes in one system can affect others.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate teams of external consultants to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, programming, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administering ERP and CRM systems, along with software development and integration.
  • Experience with systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, WooCommerce, WordPress, Celigo, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation package includes:

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
  • 401k plan with profit sharing.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation, increasing to three weeks after five years and four weeks after ten years of service.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Comprehensive health insurance fully covered by the company.
