About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience, ensuring our club is clean and welcoming, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the club is clean and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Engage with members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Assist with member enrollment, tours, and other club responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
