Are you passionate about providing care to underserved populations? The State of Nebraska is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve the health and rehabilitation of individuals who are committed to personal growth and change.

As a primary care physician, you will supervise and/or participate in the examination and diagnosis of acutely ill patients and assume responsibility for treatment. You will also recommend admission and release of acutely ill patients to our skilled nursing facilities.

This is a unique opportunity to practice medicine in a setting where you can focus on patient care without the distractions of private practice. You will have the ability to watch your chronic care management and education manifest over a period of time, improving the patients' quality of life.
