**Sales Associate Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their financial and personal objectives, identifying their credit needs, and providing loan solutions and product offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Consult with customers to understand their financial and personal objectives
  • Identify customer credit needs and provide appropriate loan solutions and product offerings
  • Follow up on company-provided leads and set appointments
  • Generate referrals or new leads to meet personal and company sales objectives
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with customers and branch finance team through the entire lending cycle

**Work Schedule:**

We offer a 5-day work week schedule with no Sundays. You will work most Saturdays with a day off during the week. Our location hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

**Requirements:**

  • Sales experience with commission, incentive, goals, or related pay for performance
  • Social media and/or business development experience is a plus
  • Ability to work some early evening and Saturday hours
  • Valid driver's license
