This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking supplies, cleaning surfaces, and arranging menus or promotional materials.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally, and move around the restaurant.

  • Advanced ability to operate office equipment such as POS systems, computers, telephones, and printers.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop when retrieving files or organizing paperwork.
