Job SummaryAs a Sewing Instructor at National Safety Apparel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to sewing operators, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to new and existing sewing operators, focusing on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality control.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sewing and textile manufacturing.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience working with industrial sewing machines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 7:30-4pm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
