Job Summary

As a Sewing Instructor at National Safety Apparel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to sewing operators, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to new and existing sewing operators, focusing on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality control.
  • Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sewing and textile manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience working with industrial sewing machines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 7:30-4pm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
