Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer systems and processes to facilitate effective equipment installation.

• Offer support for NRT Technology products and services through various communication channels.

• Engage with all levels of management and departments, both internally and externally.

• Conduct both on-site and remote training covering technical and sales components of our products and services.

• Maintain a professional representation of NRT Technology's brand and image at all times with clients and partners.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.

Qualifications and Skills

• An associate's degree or equivalent from a technical institution, along with relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and networks.

• Proficient in Windows operating systems (both PC and Server) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Exceptional customer service abilities and a consistently professional demeanor.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate proficiently with all levels of professional staff.

• Previous experience in the gaming industry or with casino-related products is advantageous.

• Candidates with A+ and other recognized certifications will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

• The selected candidate may need to obtain licensing from Gaming Regulatory Commissions, and background checks will be conducted with consent.
