Data Insights Analyst

HP is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our Product Solutions team. This role involves working with advertising funnel, reach, brand lift, and contextual opportunities to understand advertiser's needs and solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital targeting, attribution models, reporting, and performance advertising with a strong understanding of businesses.
Candidates must be knowledgeable about data-driven solutions and possess a strong knowledge base of digital advertising. Responsibilities include developing attributes and segmentations based on data insights generated from first, second, and third-party data.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $130,350 and $200,750 annually, depending on work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional opportunities for pay are available in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, long-term/short-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending account, and life insurance.
In addition, HP offers generous time off policies, including 4-12 weeks fully paid parental leave based on tenure, 11 paid holidays, and additional flexible paid vacation and sick leave.
This position requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience working in an adtech or Advertising Sales company, crafting new solutions, products, or go-to-market in the Agency and Brand space. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Advertising, or a related field is also required.
