About the Role:

The Dining Services Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality dining experience for our residents at Green Lea Senior Living. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining proper sanitation protocols, and communicating effectively with residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Interact positively and professionally with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Follow resident meal plans and dietary requirements to ensure individualized care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:
