Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott - Niagara Falls. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders from guests, deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, and ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, respond to their needs and concerns, and ensure that they have a positive experience at our hotel.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other restaurant staff members to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to hotel standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met and that service standards are maintained.
  • Payment and Cash Handling: Handle payment transactions accurately, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of integrity in all financial dealings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Server or in a related role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and basic math skills for handling payment transactions.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
