About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team at InSearch Medical. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain independence and functionality after injuries or illnesses.

Job Description: The successful candidate will provide expert therapy services to patients, including initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to help patients achieve their goals and improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records for future reference.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
