Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and train positive and enthusiastic employees to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and net profits.
  • Manage and supervise store employees to ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and tasks.
  • Ensure a safe and positive public image within the neighboring community.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
  • Analyze daily sales and expense information to make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Valid driver's license and adequate transportation.
Working Conditions

Work is performed primarily indoors, but may require occasional work outside to clean parking lots, gas pumps, and take out garbage. Exposure to occasional cold temperatures and noise may be required.
