The Assistant Store Leader oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling of 20-60 coworkers, ensuring food safety, managing inventory, preparing P&Ls, maintaining a clean and inviting store, and resolving coworker and customer concerns.

Leadership Experience:
Prior management/leadership experience is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and be able to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.

Schedule:
Our Assistant Store Leaders are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5-day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
