Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Position

Job Summary:

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to fill a Labor and Delivery position. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Connecticut.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
  • AWHONN Intermediate certification.
