Gathering Section Specialist

**Job Summary**

Quad is seeking a skilled Perfect Binder Operator to join our team at the Lomira, WI location. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and running all Perfect Binders at the highest level attainable, with a focus on the gathering section.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up and maintain Perfect Binders to ensure optimal performance and quality
  • Produce high-quality output while maintaining production efficiency
  • Assist in evaluating personnel and production capabilities
  • Work collaboratively with the shift supervisor to achieve production goals
  • Train and direct crew members as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with Goss Perfect Binders is a plus
  • Knowledge of in-line mail experience, perfect binder operation, and mailing operation and equipment
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow binder guides
  • Ability to train and direct crew members
  • Excellent attendance record, satisfactory job performance, and excellent safety record
  • Positive attitude and team player with excellent communication skills

**Work Schedule:**

We offer a compressed 3 and 4 day work week, geared towards balancing work and family life. You will work a 12-hour rotating shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
