Clinical Pharmacist

Nitelines USA, Inc is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to enhance our healthcare team and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing medication therapies, ensuring patient safety, and providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical services in compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional guidelines.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients and their medication regimens as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Dispense medications via various routes including oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, and intramuscular.
• Support the medication distribution process effectively.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Perform necessary laboratory tests and procedures, including skin testing and venipuncture.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in medical records.
• Maintain meticulous logs of reports in accordance with institutional policies.
• Ensure the safe handling and disposal of sharps and other hazardous materials.
• Assist healthcare providers in managing chronic care clinics.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Possess a solid understanding of chronic health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide emergency care as required, adhering to community standards.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Follow infection control protocols diligently.
• Utilize medical equipment effectively, including EKG and laboratory devices.
• Screen for mental health issues and provide appropriate referrals.
• Offer basic first aid and health guidance for common ailments.
• Perform assigned duties within the scope of professional training and licensure.
• Manage medical supply inventory efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 32 hours per week
