About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Beauty Sales Representative to join our team at Palm Beach Tan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our premium skincare products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Assist customers with their tanning needs, ensuring they receive a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and managing daily administrative tasks.
  • Monitor progress towards personal and team goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age 18 or above.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
  • Uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales based on performance.
