Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to join our team in Connecticut.

About the Position

The Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards of care and a safe environment in compliance with infection control standards, specialty organizations, DPH, and The Joint Commission standards and recommendations. This role requires effective partnering and communicating with physicians to achieve objectives and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director with Performance Improvement activities, unit and patient satisfaction issues, and policy development.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of quality standards by all staff members.
  • Develop and maintain positive medical staff relations while working with highly qualified physicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science BSN in Nursing required; Master of Science in Nursing MSN preferred.
  • Valid and current Connecticut registered nurse licensure required.
  • 3 or more years of progressive nursing management experience required; 5 or more years of a combination of inpatient RN experience between clinical nursing and management strongly preferred.
  • BLS or CPR certification required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Trinity Health Of New England offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
