Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bell/Valet to join our team at St Julien Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Assistance
    • Welcome and escort guests to their vehicles upon arrival
    • Assist with luggage transportation and provide information about hotel amenities
  • Parking and Vehicle Retrieval
    • Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
  • Communication and Problem-Solving
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other front desk staff to ensure seamless guest service
Requirements
  • Age and Experience
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability
    • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
