**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Housekeeper to join our team at Sparrow Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all common areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes.
  • Assist in the make-ready process to ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
  • Cleaning duties may include sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors; vacuuming carpets, rugs, draperies; dusting/polishing fixtures and fittings; cleaning metal fixtures and fittings; disposing of trash in a sanitary manner; washing windows; breaking down boxes; and watering plants.
  • Develop strong personal relationships with residents and team members.
  • Monitor and maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies at all times.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be well-groomed and willing to wear a uniform.
  • Must possess strong communication skills with a proven ability to build collaborative partnerships.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and accountable.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays when required.
  • Must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities; must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently; ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
