Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional evenings or Saturdays.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour Role Includes:
- Welcoming and assisting every client in a courteous manner
- Promoting new loan products to both existing and potential clients through outreach efforts
- Informing and upselling clients on our complete range of offerings, including loan products and insurance options
- Evaluating loan applications to assess client eligibility
- Engaging with clients with overdue accounts to help them bring their payments up to date
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in sales and/or customer service roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High School diploma or equivalent
