At Bay Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are currently seeking a Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN) to deliver essential nursing care and oversee the daily nursing functions performed by nursing aides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Supervise nursing assistants in their daily activities to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Engage in continuous improvement of patient care and nursing practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $32 to $34, with additional shift differentials of $2.00/hour for evening shifts and $1.50/hour for night shifts.
- Enjoy a $3,500 sign-on bonus, distributed quarterly for full-time and part-time roles.
- Additional compensation includes:
- 1.5X Holiday Pay
- 1.5X Overtime Pay for hours exceeding 40 per week
- Comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current state license as a Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- CPR certification is required.

- Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more and performing physical tasks for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and bend or stoop as needed.
