The Human Bean seeks dedicated individuals to join our team as Baristas. Our Baristas are responsible for delivering outstanding service and crafting high-quality beverages that delight our customers.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and care.
• Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer.

• Successfully complete a comprehensive product training program.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service abilities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and practice good personal hygiene.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate effective communication and basic math skills.

Expectations:

• Greet customers with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Build emotional connections with guests to enhance their experience.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring quality.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 10-55 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Baristas should be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
