About the Role

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers, utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify pest infestations in residential and commercial properties
  • Develop and implement personalized solutions to eliminate pest problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
