As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for essential repairs and the upkeep of our facilities and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that the grounds are well-maintained, including mowing, weeding, trimming trees, and keeping all areas free of litter across the facility.

Perform cleaning, welding, and repairs on containers as necessary.

Maintain all equipment utilized for grounds upkeep in optimal condition.

Conduct preventive maintenance on batteries and maintain detailed records for regular audits.

Assist with relocations within the facility, which includes disassembling and assembling cubicles, movable partitions, office furniture, and equipment.

Participate in general maintenance tasks as assigned, including changing light bulbs, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.

Provide preventive maintenance for company vehicles.

Uphold safety standards during operations and identify unsafe practices or conditions.

Perform additional duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Proficient understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication techniques.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
