Job Summary: As a Child Education Professional, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our young students. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with co-educators to develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum goals.
  • Design and facilitate interactive learning activities that encourage active participation and engagement from students.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their unique needs and interests.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, empathy, and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, using data to inform instruction and drive improvement.
  • Foster partnerships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's learning journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Patient, creative, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
