- 15+ years of experience in design, with a minimum of 7 years in team building and management.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling a design team of 20+ members.
- Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills at large scale and high design caliber.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to think and scale at 10x, with a strong bias towards action.
- Curiosity and willingness to go above and beyond the job description.
- Respected people manager with high EQ, able to motivate a team even in challenging times.

DoorDash offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with an employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, wellness benefits, and several paid holidays. The base pay for this position ranges from $221,000 to $325,000 USD, depending on the geographical location within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, and Washington.
