Ductwork Supervisor

Mullins Mechanical & Welding, LLC is a self-performing specialty contractor specializing in design-build applications, HVAC systems, plumbing, process piping systems, boiler and chiller systems, equipment installation and rigging, plant relocation and maintenance, and metal fabrication.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Duct Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing duct subs, planning daily tasks, and overseeing quality and productive work while ensuring safety regulations and procedures are followed.

• Manage duct subs and plan daily tasks
• Assign crew members to planned tasks
• Oversee quality and productive work while ensuring safety regulations and procedures are followed
• Conduct pre-task risk assessments with crew to identify and eliminate possible safety hazards
• Communicate with other supervisors and management when planning work, performing work, and completing work

• Must be open to full-time travel
• Must have supervision experience
• Must be able to pass an observed drug screen and background check
• Must have previous duct work experience
