We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc.
About the Role:As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
- Current Washington State RN license.
- Experience as an acute care registered nurse preferred.
- Ability to perform the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Healthcare Provider (HCP) Level of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Moderate sedation training to be completed within 12 months of hire and annually thereafter.
- Emergency Department-CEN certification preferred.
