Carpenter/Sheetrock Specialist

Falcon Structures, a leading provider of modular, shipping container-based building solutions, is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Sheetrock Hanger to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install sheetrock, tape, and float to ensure high-quality finishes
• Operate woodworking tools to cut, form, and finish materials for the job
• Erect or dismantle structures, build, repair, and refinish walls or structures
• Set up framing jigs to correct size for walls
• Install doors, windows, framing, insulation, paneling, PVC, cabinetry, and trim
• Build boxes unsupervised and install wood floors and coin flooring
• Run MC Wire and review shop drawings
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in carpentry and sheetrock hanging
• Able to read shop drawings and perform quality finish work
• Good understanding of equipment used and safety conscience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, friendly, and able to collaborate with and coach others
• Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills
