The role of Evening Cook is essential to our operations, requiring adherence to Food Safety standards, HACCP protocols, and USDA regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute positively to our team while ensuring compliance with all company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Evening Cook, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment in varying temperatures.
  • Standing for extended periods while performing cooking tasks.
  • Utilizing kitchen tools, including knives and scissors, with care.
  • Lifting items weighing at least 40lbs as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • The ability to work in both cold and hot environments.
  • Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the shift.
  • Capability to navigate stairs safely.
