Job Title: RN - Telemetry

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Telemetry RN in Southfield, Michigan.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry environment. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions
  • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, including ECGs and blood pressure
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Experience in Telemetry nursing
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
