Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Absolute. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission new HVAC systems to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough inspections and perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams and system design
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
