At Surpass Behavioral Health, we provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism. Our dedicated team is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

We are seeking compassionate Autism Therapists to join our team as Behavioral Support Specialists. As a key member of our therapy teams, you will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized services to children with autism in a 1:1 teaching format.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for implementing behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles as directed by a BCBA.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
  • Assist with supporting clients during times of challenging behaviors through the implementation of the client's behavior support plan as developed by the BCBA.

As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, and homes. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including up to 25 paid holiday and personal days off in year one, DailyPay, and a 401k plan with matching contributions.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, preferred.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Our estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
