REPORTS TO: General Manager, Kitchen Manager, BOH Leads
SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
  • Thoroughly clean pots, pans, dishes, trays, and all cooking and dining utensils.
  • Efficiently organize and replenish cookware and dishware.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing equipment and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure walk-in cooler is kept clean and organized.
  • Dispose of waste, compost, and recyclables appropriately.
  • Keep back-of-house storage areas tidy and organized.
  • Regularly sweep the dumpster area and parking lot.
  • Assist with other kitchen and preparation tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferred one (1) year of prior experience in dishwashing.
  • Must possess a current Texas Food Handlers Certificate.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Capability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in varying kitchen conditions, including high heat and cold environments.
