Responsibilities
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including our organization's Standards of Conduct and policies and procedures.
  • Seek guidance when in doubt and promptly report any potential or suspected violations.
  • Meet training requirements within designated timelines.
  • Assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with leaders to implement, monitor, and mitigate risk corrective plans.
Qualifications
  • Two years of hospital inpatient oncology or outpatient chemotherapy experience required.
  • AA degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • CA RN License, BLS, Bio Chemotherapy Certification required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
  • ONS Oncology certification, BSN preferred.
