Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled firmware development specialist to support Product Development Engineering for Endoscopy R&D at Boston Scientific.

This individual will be responsible for improving products, materials, processes, or equipment and solving problems of moderate complexity under limited supervision/guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant R&D experience in embedded firmware development, C/C++ programming, and code development processes with debugging emulation and simulation tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with FPGAs, soft-core processors, PIC MCUs, and ARM Cortex-M
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles and knowledge of Matlab or other programming languages
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and collaboration skills
