FSQA Manager

As an FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant regulations. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality in our manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry. They should possess strong knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, food quality, and food microbiology. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Quality System Auditing is also essential.

A certified SQF practitioner or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to make decisions under pressure, and strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
